It sounds like he is almost certainly going to push net neutrality: questions on net neutrality came up at several points both during his campaign and in the few years preceding, and it was pretty clear that he understood the matter and had a pretty strong position for it.

I have heard rumors of him wanting to make a CTO of the US, and am thinking that Bill Joy's appointment would make for good editor war propaganda...
